So, Today here in this tutorial I’m going to share a complete step-by-step guide on how you can export or save your PowerPoint presentation PPT slides as an image format.
For this tutorial, I used Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 and 2013 versions, you can follow the steps on other versions also.
How to save PowerPoint Slides as Image PNG/JPEG
Step1: Open PowerPoint 2013 and create your presentation.
Step2: Now go to the File option located in the top left corner.
Step3: Then a new page will be open. Now click on the Export > Change File Type and select an image format type PNG Portable Network Graphics or JPEJ File interchange formate. Then click on the Save As (See screenshot below)
Step 4: Now browse and give a file location to save the image file and click on the Save Button, then the PPT slide will be saved as an image file on that file location.
That’s done the PPT slides are now successfully saved in that file location.
Step1: Open PowerPoint and create your presentation slides.
Step3: Now click on the Save As > Computer
option and select the file location where you want to save the PPT slide as an image file
Step4: Choose an image format to save the PPT slide PNG Portable Network Graphics Format or JPEG File Interchange Format and click on the Save button
Step5: Select the All Slides option to save all PPT slides as an image file and select the Just This One option to save the only selected slide as an image file
After all the steps have done your PowerPoint slide will be saved as an image file with the respected image format in the file location you have selected to save the image.
This one method is slid lengthy but it gives you more control on export all slides and a single slide.
In PowerPoint 2007 version the process is different with respect to the other higher version of PowerPoint. Here the complete steps to save a PPT slide as an image file in PowerPoint 2007
Step1: Open your PowerPoint and create Presentation slides
Step2: Now click the Office Button
at the top left corner, then Save As
> Other Format
Step3: Now browse and give a file location to save the image file and select an image format PNG Portable Network Graphics Format or JPEG File Interchange Format and click the Save button
Step4: Select the Every Slide option to save all the slides as an image file and select the Current Slide Only option to save the selected slide only
That’s done the PPT slides are now successfully saved as the image file format.
You can see the saved PPT image file in that file location of your Computer you have selected to save the image file.
